Qualifications

• This role requires completion of an NC Nurse Aide II program and active NC Nurse Aide II listing.
• Current BCLS certification is required.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and healthcare providers with routine examinations and procedures as needed.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision, including vitals and basic treatments.
• Observe and document patient information; report changes to RN/physician.
• Assist with admissions, orientation, and discharge processes for patients.
• Provide patient and family education and support per plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine tasks such as bathing and ambulation.
• Maintain clean work area, restock supplies, and support unit operations.
• Reinforce routine teaching and distribute patient education materials.
