Nash UNC Health Care in North Carolina seeks a Nurse Assistant II to join the BTAR Nursing team at the BTA Rehab Center. You will provide routine direct and indirect patient care under supervision, assisting with examinations, procedures, and discharge planning.

The role requires completion of an approved Nurse Assistant II course, NC Nurse Aide listings, BCLS certification, and solid basic computer skills; day shift, onsite, 36 hours per week, with emphasis on compassionate patient interaction.

Competenze

Completion of an approved Nurse Assistant II course approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Current Nurse Aide II Listing Card with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Current Nurse Aide I Registry listing with the NC Division of Facility Services Registry as a Nursing Assistant I.
Current BCLS certification.
Proficient in keyboard operations, basic computer applications.

Mansioni

Assist physicians and other health care providers with routine examinations and procedures, procuring equipment and supplies during emergencies.
Aids patients in reality orientation in psychiatric settings and participates in behavior modification plans/therapy.
Document patient information and report significant changes to supervising staff.
Assist patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge.
Provide care including vital signs, specimen collection, wound care, ROM exercises, and activities of daily living.
