Jefferson Regional Main Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Patient Care Technician II for the 3NE Med Surg unit. The role involves direct patient care under RN supervision and collaboration with the healthcare team to support treatment and recovery.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and complete PCT/CNA training; safety sensitive position with strong communication and basic EMR skills. Experience in healthcare preferred.

Job Summary:

The Patient Care Technician II plays a critical role in the healthcare team by providing direct patient care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse. They will ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, providing compassionate and empathetic care while maintain patient dignity and confidentiality.
