• Assist with ambulating patients and monitoring vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respirations, O2 sat).
• Record and communicate patient data accurately to nurses and maintain chart integrity.
• Perform clerical duties and serve as department receptionist.
• Maintain supplies and contribute to unit efficiency and patient care.
