Aufgaben

• Provides care, comfort and safety of assigned patients under direct supervision of a nurse.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, etc.).
• Observes patients and reports changes to nursing staff; documents observations.
• Performs routine vitals, weights, glucose tests, and oxygen therapy per protocol.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges and transports patients as needed.
• Performs simple dressing changes and basic procedures under supervision.
