Aufgaben

• Provide care, comfort and safety of assigned patients under direct supervision of a nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, etc.)
• Perform delegated nursing care procedures
• Observe patients and report changes to nursing staff
• Use electronic medical records as trained
• Maintain and stock patient rooms; assist with admission/transfer/discharge
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge; transport patients as needed
• Support unit leadership in planning daily unit activities and safety procedures
• Participate in professional development activities
