Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record vitals, intake/output, weights, and glucose tests.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and supply areas.
• Use EMR for documentation and charting.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Safely handle equipment and supplies.
