Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Current CNA I or CNA II certification in Maryland.
• Heart Saver CPR certification.
• Ability to read and write English to document care and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, comfort, and safety under nurse supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine tasks.
• Record vitals, intake/outtake, weights, and glucose measurements.
• Observe patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes and care equipment.
• Prepare and stock patient rooms and assist with feeding when needed.
