Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes in patients.
• Maintains safety and monitors high-risk patients as assigned.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Supports treatment procedures by gathering equipment and preparing supplies.
• Performs vital signs, notes measurements, and assists with specimen collection.
• Observes and documents patient status and responds to requests from the care team.
• Maintains unit supplies and follows safety and restraint protocols when needed.
