Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support registered nurses in patient care within a New Hampshire hospital setting. You will observe patient responses, collect data, document in the medical record, and assist with emergency care under RN direction.

This role includes assisting with ADLs, measuring vital signs, preparing equipment, and transporting patients as needed. A current NH LNA/EMT license and BLS are required, with CO C and BAT certification within one year

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a health care setting.
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in NH with current BLS.
Certification in Chain of Custody (COC) and Blood Alcohol Testing (BAT) within 1 year of hire.
Proficiency in documenting and communicating clearly; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Observe patient responses and document in the medical record.
Assist RN with patient care, ADLs, and toileting.
Perform and record vital signs (BP, pulse, respiration, temperature, height/weight, SpO2).
Prepare equipment and assist during treatments and examinations.
Coordinate transport and outside services as needed; maintain a neat work area.
