Job summary

Covenant Health Ministry in Nashua, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to render nursing care on an assigned unit under supervision of RNs and LPNs. You will document care in the Electronic Health Record and assist with basic patient tasks.

Responsibilities include hygiene, mobility, meals, and safety, with shift rotations as needed to support patient care goals and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• CPI training preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation.
• High School Graduate or GED preferred
• Current Hampshire LNA license required
• BLS/CPR AED Certification required

Responsibilities

• Renders nursing care to patients within an assigned unit per medical staff directives.
• Documents all care in the Electronic Health Record with vitals, intake/output, mobility, pain, and skin conditions.
• Assists with patient hygiene, ambulation, meals, and comfort, documenting activity.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the RN and completes bedside hand-off reports.
• Maintains safety and follows fall prevention measures and hospital policies.
• Rotates shifts/departments as needed to meet patient care needs.
