Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant • Madill is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and organized care environment, and ensuring effective team communication.

The PCT will collect data (vital signs, intake/output, glucose monitoring), help with mobility and daily tasks, and adhere to infection control and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in acute care or currently enrolled in a Nursing program is preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire required.
• CPCT or CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services.
• Record and report patient data including vital signs to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, personal care, and mobility needs.
• Assist with patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team.
