• Assist RN with admissions, transfers, discharges and general patient care duties.
• Record vital signs, assist in personal hygiene and other patient comfort measures.
• Assist in specimen collection and other activities for assigned patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment to prevent infections and ensure safety.
• Prepare patients for examinations and diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report patient condition changes to RN immediately.
• Assist RN with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care duties.
• Record vitals, assist with hygiene and nutrition monitoring.
• Assist in specimen collection and related activities.
• Maintain clean, safe environment to prevent infections.
