Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct patient care and observation of patient conditions.
• Ability to collect and record patient information (vital signs, intake/output, etc.).
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, feeding and safety per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and direct care to patients in their assigned unit adjusting for age.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and provide updates to the health care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stocked environment to support patient needs.
• Attend mandatory trainings and adhere to policies.
• Establish rapport with patients, families and health care team.
