Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires effective English communication
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CA DPH) required
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required or obtained within 30 days of hire (LA City only)

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks as assigned
• Document care provided, including vitals, intake/output, and patient data
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and assist with meals and mobility
• Ensure safety and proper operation of patient-care equipment
• Communicate plan of care with RN/Charge Nurse and patients/families
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with unit protocols
