We have a 17-suite operating room that offers wide variety of specialties from Robotics, Kidney Transplants, Trauma and almost everything in between. We provide high quality care for both our elective and urgent patients from infant to geriatrics. Shifts/Hours:Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p. Occasional weekend coverage required.

Title and Salary will be determined based upon education and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient care, procedures, and daily living activities.Support physical, respiratory, and cardiopulmonary therapies.
• Report patient status changes and provide feedback to RNs.Perform core nursing assistant duties: ADLs, blood glucose, weights, vitals, I&O, specimen collection, Foley care.
• Complete at least four advanced tasks: phlebotomy, 12-lead EKG, simple dressing, Foley/IV removal, point-of-care testing, bladder scan, straight catheter.Report equipment malfunctions and maintain communication with departments.
• Respond to call lights, phones, pass meal trays, and transport patients.Accept feedback, identify learning needs, and seek help with prioritization.
• Educate patients/families under RN supervision; manage restraints per protocol.Communicate effectively with healthcare team; respect diversity and workplace safety.
• Maintain professional relationships and demonstrate accountability and motivation.Follow all patient care and hospital policies, including safety and confidentiality.
• Support departmental changes, quality initiatives, and problem-solving.Document care accurately and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain competency in core and advanced skills based on department needs.Limited access to medications—only distributes to nurses.
