Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a PRN Day Shift Healthcare Support teammate to provide patient care across our life span, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and to float to East Valley locations including Tempe, Mesa, and Florence. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document care, and communicate changes to licensed caregivers.

High school diploma or GED and healthcare experience are required, with BLS certification preferred; weekend rotations and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months healthcare experience in the last year required
• Completion of Block 1 in Nursing or MA/NA/EMT/BHT or related training is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provides and collaborates direct patient care services under the supervision of a licensed caregiver.
• Assists, observes and reports changes in patient condition; maintains medical record documentation.
• Addresses questions or concerns from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned
