Henry Ford Health is seeking a part-time PCT at Providence Novi Hospital to support nursing staff and enhance patient comfort during nightly shifts. The role involves assisting with patient movement, personal care, and ensuring safety in a collaborative care setting.

You will observe patients, document changes, maintain clean rooms and equipment, and help coordinate care with the healthcare team. A High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of relevant experience and a BLS certification are

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the movement and placement of patients to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Support patients with personal care and activities of daily living, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms and ensure medical equipment is properly cared for.
• Document necessary records to support patient care and communication among the healthcare team.

24 hours per week / 7pm - 7:30am
