Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program or current nursing program enrollment; or foreign-trained licensed RN without Michigan RN license; or Medical Assistant program with/without experience; or at least 1 year in a similar role.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (e.g., Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician) OR currently enrolled in a nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing OR foreign trained and licensed RN without a Michigan RN license OR Medical Assistant program with or without experience OR at least one (1) year of previous experience in a similar role.
• Complete BLS Heart Saver Certification during orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
