Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician, Resource Team, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. This per diem role offers day shifts (7am to 3:30 pm) and a pay range of $18.84 to $27.32 per hour, with duties including patient care, ADLs, and basic nursing tasks under RN/LPN supervision.

You will float across medical units, support patient safety, respond to calls, and help with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• CNA training course preferred.
• Nursing clinical rotation in medical or surgical nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and visitors, answer lights and phones; perform hourly rounding.
• Assist with basic nursing care and ADLs under RN/LPN supervision.
