Job summary

Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, MA is hiring multiple Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) for inpatient departments. This role offers day shifts, with varied PT/FT/Per Diem opportunities, and a supportive nursing team.

You will assist with daily patient activities, monitor vital signs, document changes, support safety, and collaborate with nurses and care teams to deliver high-quality care. High School diploma or GED and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
• At least one year of patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care including daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
• Monitor and document vitals, intake/output, and patient condition.
• Assist with treatments, procedures, safety, and specimen collection.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
