Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services.
• Record vital signs and other patient data for RN/LPN review.
• Support patients with meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Assist with positioning and use of mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and monitor blood glucose as directed.
• Communicate patient information to the care team clearly.
• Maintain infection control and PPE compliance.
• Participate in performance improvement and risk management.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow policies.
