Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with delegated basic patient care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Collect and record vital signs, intake/output, and other data; report to RN/LPN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, and urinary catheter care.
• Help with mobility and positioning using walkers, crutches, canes, wheelchairs.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform finger-stick glucose; document results.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
• Support performance improvement and compliance with safety goals.
