Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire (AHA/ARC/Canadian equivalent).
• Prior direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs specific patient care interventions as delegated by the RN to identify/attain treatment goals.
• Delivers compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
• Provides physical support for patients with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/OSHA).
• Maintains safe and clean environment by adhering to infection-control policies.
