Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required with approved certification options.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support activities of daily living.
• Monitor and record vital signs and observe patient conditions.
• Assist with mobility, specimen collection, phlebotomy and related procedures.
• Document observations and report changes to RN or medical staff.
