Responsibilities

• Takes patient's vital signs and maintains accurate intake/output.
• Assists with personal hygiene care and meals; supports mobility and positioning.
• Obtains routine specimens and assists with basic comfort and safety tasks.
• Cares for unit environment and equipment; supports post-mortem care as needed.
• Performs CPR as required and aids in patient transport and safety.
