Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document vital signs, I&O, and treatments in EMR.
• Assist RN in care of acutely ill patients and coordinate unit activities.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers per nurse guidance.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environment and report changes.
