Qualifications

• Takes vital signs and measures height/weight.
• Feeds and ambulates patients per procedures.
• Maintains clean, orderly patient rooms.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Assists with unit orientation and safety instructions.
• Performs clerical data entry and records management.
• Maintains supply inventory.
• Performs Nurse Aide I/II tasks per NC board guidance.
• May perform 12-lead ECG and routine venipuncture with training.
