Patient Care Technician Bloomington (Finance)


Under the day-to-day direction of the on-duty nurse practitioner/physician assistant, the primary purpose of the Patient Care Technician (PCT) position is to maximize patient flow through the clinic while providing an excellent patient experience. The PCT is responsible for performing administrative tasks, including electronic health record (EHR) documentation, in accordance with company policy. Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Excellent customer service and task management skills

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or healthcare

  • Answering phones and managing communications
  • Participating in off-site events and supply management
  • Travel to designated clinics if assigned as a float
  • Assisting with specimen collection and reporting as per protocols
