Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age, safety, and education needs.
• Maintain effective and safe patient outcomes through judgment and action.
• Communicate with patients, nurses, and health care team about status and care.
• Collaborate in care plans from admission to discharge to ensure safe transition.
• Participate in department PI activities.
