One specialized pod is dedicated to cardiothoracic surgery patients, providing care for high-acuity postoperative patients who require frequent mobility assistance, ADL support, and close collaboration between nurses and PCTs. The unit is ideal for candidates with previous inpatient hospital experience or nursing students seeking hands-on clinical experience in a challenging and rewarding setting.
