Job summary

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our inpatient team in Peoria, AZ. This full-time role features a 12-hour shift from 6:00 to 6:30 and a pay range of $20.11–$25.50 per hour, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

You will work under a Registered Nurse to perform routine patient care, document care provided, and assist with transfers and daily living activities. We offer a thorough orientation, generous PTO and sick time, comprehensive medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospital experience as a PCT or nursing assistant.
• BLS certification or completion within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, perform routine patient care tasks and document care provided.
• Transport patients to/from treatment areas and assist with transfers to stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Provide patient care activities including dressing, bathing, feeding, and assistance with mobility.
• Respond to patient calls promptly and perform hourly rounds to support patient well-being.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
