Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Phoenix, AZ (Banner University 2nd tower, 11th floor) is hiring a Patient Care Technician for full-time night shift. The role offers 12-hour shifts, a $20.11–$25.50 hourly range based on experience, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant).

Responsibilities

• Perform bathing using basin-less bath products, provide oral hygiene and feeding support.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from treatment centers and assist transporters with moving patients in wheelchairs or stretchers.
• Maintain cleanliness of bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs, and other instruments/equipment.
• Keep patients' rooms clean and organized; maintain unit stock levels as directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
