Job summary

DaVita in Raymondville, TX is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support end-stage renal disease patients in outpatient dialysis. Under RN supervision, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care, help patients through treatment, set up equipment, and monitor vital signs.

You will educate patients on treatment and kidney health, collaborate with nurses and other care team members, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to float between local clinics as needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
