Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, assisting patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include delivering safe dialysis care, monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, educating patients on treatments, and collaborating with the nurses and care team to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willing to float between local clinics as needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA/MA/CHT/phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience.

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
