DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) in Merrillville, Indiana to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood and medical equipment, and the ability to work long shifts. We offer paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
