Job summary

DaVita in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients undergoing dialysis. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision and help patients through life-sustaining treatment.

Qualifications

  • Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
  • Physically able to stand for long shifts on your feet.
  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certificate, or healthcare experience.

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.
