Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, setting up dialysis equipment, recording vital signs, and educating patients about treatment and kidney health while collaborating with nurses and the broader care team.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to stand for long shifts.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
