Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients undergoing dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, measure vital stats, assist with cannulation, patient observations, and dialysis machine setup.

Strong compassion and reliability are essential for this role. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a desire to care for people, and current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state-approved equivalent.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required for experienced PCTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to ESRD patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Monitor, measure and record stats; assist with cannulation and observations.
• Set up hemodialysis machines and support overall dialysis treatment.

As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Salary Range

• $17 - $30 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
