Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians in Kissimmee, FL to support ESRD patients during dialysis. You will monitor patients, record stats, and assist with cannulation and HD machine setup, delivering compassionate care.

We value teamwork and reliability; a high school diploma and current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved certification, plus BLS/CPR, are required. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment and record stats.
• Assist with cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup.

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Salary Range

• $21 - $28 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
