Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) seeks Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients, supporting dialysis before, during, and after treatment.

You will monitor patients, record vital stats, assist with cannulation, and help set up dialysis machines, working in a team that values integrity, compassion, and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state approved equivalent.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record vital stats and patient observations.
• Initiate cannulation and set up hemodialysis machines.
• Provide high-quality patient care and support to the dialysis team.

Job Requirements

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Salary Range

• $21 - $28 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
