No dialysis experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, paid training for your first 9-12 weeks to set you up for success.

What to Expect as a DaVita PCT

• 1:1 Patient Care – Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatments for up to four patients at a time.
• Technician Duties – Monitor patient vitals, set up dialysis machines, and record observations before, during, and after treatment.
• Continuous Learning – Always improving patient care and teamwork to build the best healthcare community.
• Strong Patient Connections – Many patients require dialysis 3 times a week—you’ll make a lasting impact on their lives

Schedule & Training Details

• Flexible Shifts: Clinics operate Monday – Saturday (4:00 AM – 12:00 AM) with rotating Saturdays
• 10-12 Hour Shifts: Work 3-4 days per week with schedules set 3-4 weeks in advance
• Training Period: Expect 32-40 hours per week of paid training before transitioning into your permanent role

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for helping others & working in healthcare
• Comfortable working around blood & needles
• Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Physically capable of standing for long shifts (12+ hours)
• Willingness to work across multiple clinics if needed
• Healthcare experience is a plus! CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) experience is beneficial but not required !

Salary/ Wage Range
