Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine delegated patient care activities under supervision.
• Record and report pertinent clinical data and observations.
• Use of basic patient care equipment as documented in competency records.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with changing clothes and personal items.
• Transport patients by stretcher, bed, or wheelchair.
• Identify abnormal findings (vital signs, lab results, EKG, CXR) and report promptly.
• Escort patients to holding rooms and orient them to surroundings.
• Obtain and document vital signs and basic clinical data.
