Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs bedside care and ADLs per the Plan of Care with safety measures.
• Documents ADLs, vital signs, I&Os, meals and temperatures; communicates changes.
• Maintains a safe environment and follows OSHA Universal Precautions; responds to calls promptly.
• Assists during emergencies and supports nursing team; adheres to dress code and professional image.
