Qualifications

• Healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care duties including charting and patient instruction.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and basic nursing tasks.
• Gather and document patient information such as vital signs in the EHR.
• Coordinate with TeleCompanion/Tele-Tech programs and care teams.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain communication with the care team.
