Surgery Partners is seeking a Patient Care Technician to assist with routine patient care under supervision, prepare rooms and post-op kits, and guide doctors and patients to the correct rooms. You will support the medical team and help maintain a clean, organized patient area.

Qualifications include completion of a Patient Care Tech program (preferred) with at least six months of related experience, current BLS, and American Heart Association certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Patient Care Tech program preferred and at least six months prior related experience.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification required.
• BLS certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, performs routine non-professional and professional care.
• Unbagging and bagging equipment, make up post op kits.
• Direct doctors and patients to the appropriate rooms, assist with patient care.
• Perform visual fields and setup patients for required testing.
• Keep instruments and equipment sterilized; maintain adequate supplies and keep front and back waiting rooms in order.
