Tenet Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed staff. You will monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and support a team-focused environment across unit responsibilities.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, care delivery within scope, and readiness to float to similar nursing units as needed. A sign-on bonus may be offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of CNA course required.
• CPR certification (BLS) within 7 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Accurately checks patient's blood sugar and documents results as ordered.
• Obtains vital signs appropriately based on patient age and condition; reports abnormal findings promptly.
• Performs patient interventions within scope and demonstrates age-appropriate competency.
• Provides care in emergency situations as needed (codes, falls).
• Performs related duties as required.
