• Provides patient care including assisting with patient procedures and activities of daily living.
• Assists with blood collection and related nursing assistant tasks such as vital signs and I&O.
• Communicates patient changes to the RN and maintains professional relationships.
• Documents in the medical record according to established procedures.
• Demonstrates safety and teamwork within the health care setting.
