Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK seeks a Day shift, full-time Medical Surgical Ortho Patient Care Tech (PCT). You will assist with patient care tasks, transport patients, and support nursing staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and BLS within 14 days of hire. Phlebotomy skills and CNA/PCT certification or nursing program enrollment are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• Two years of acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care tasks including obtaining vitals and transporting patients.
• Aid nursing staff by admitting patients, guiding to rooms, and preparing charts.
• Stock supplies and keep nursing stations clean and organized.
