Baxter Health in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the 3 West Medical unit. The role supports nursing staff, delivers direct basic patient care, and participates in a collaborative care team in a 34-bed unit.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with CNA certification preferred, BLS and Safety Care within 6 months. Night shifts and full-time hours are available in a family-friendly hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or Bronze CRC.
• No minimum experience required; 1 year experience preferred.
• Current Arkansas CNA certification preferred.
• BLS required.
• Safety Care Certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct basic patient care, with timely notification to staff on patient status changes.
• Adhere to all standards of patient care and promote teamwork among coworkers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct basic patient care, timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes on theassigned shift.

• Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate.
• Experience: No minimum experience required. One (1) year experience preferred.
• Certifications: Current Arkansas nursing assistant certification preferred. BLS required. Safety Care Certification required within six (6) months.
